"I was in a relaxed, comfort-food kind..."
I was in a relaxed, comfort-food kind of mood when I ordered from Mary’s Pizza Shack, the sauce is what stood out the most. It has a really nice tomato flavor with just enough sweetness, but not so much that it tastes sugary or overdone.

I had it on a regular cheese pizza, and it was simple in the best way. Nothing fancy, just good sauce, good cheese, and a pizza that actually tasted like someone got the basics right.

"Used to be better, honestly"
I’ve given this place a few tries because I remember it being better, but lately it’s the same letdown every time. The wait is always slow, and when the pizza finally comes out, it’s just kind of sad.

"Didn’t feel that clean to me"
The food was okay, not bad really, but the place kind of put me off. Sticky the table was, and there were crumbs on the floor around us. The bathroom also looked like it hadn’t been checked in a while. Staff was nice enough, so that part was fine, but the cleanliness needs a lot more attention. I’m not sure I’d be going back anytime soon.

I did end up getting my issue sorted out, so I appreciate that. It just took longer than I thought it would, which was a bit frustrating at the time. Overall, they handled the complaint, just not as quickly as I’d hoped

"Ordering online was painless for me"
I ordered dinner through the site it went smoothly for me. The menu loaded without any issues, and checkout was quick, which I always appreciate. The only minor thing was that my pickup time changed once after I paid, but the pizza was still ready close enough to the original time, so I wasn’t too bothered

"Can’t really comment on the freshness"
I can’t say whether the ingredients were fresh or not because I didn’t end up eating there myself. The whole process had way too many steps and got frustrating before I even got to the food. So I don’t feel right judging the taste or freshness without actually trying anything.

"Super easy parking, minor hassle inside"
Parking out front was super easy, which made getting there a lot less stressful. The only downside was that things felt a little unorganized once I got inside. Still, being able to pull right up and find a spot so quickly was a big plus.

"Solid spot for picky eaters"
I stopped in with my gluten-free kiddo and my no-cheese order, it was way less of a hassle than I expected. Most pizza places make you feel like you’re being extra, but the staff here was super chill and helped us figure out toppings without making it awkward. The food was actually really good too, so yeah, big win.

"Not the best spot with kids"
I went here with my kids thinking it would be a decent family dinner, but it ended up feeling more stressful than anything. The staff seemed kind of annoyed with us, or maybe they were just having a long day, who knows. There also wasn’t much space, so I felt like we were constantly in the way. Food aside, I just don’t think I’d choose it again for a family night out.

We went to Mary’s Pizza Shack on a busy night, so I was mostly just watching how long it would take to get seated because I was already hungry. i barely paid attention to much else once they got us in faster than I expected. The food came out quickly too, which was a nice surprise. For a packed night, it was way smoother than I thought it would be.

"Easy and tasty catering"
We used Mary’s Pizza Shack for a group lunch. It was a great choice. The food showed up on time and was still warm. Everyone found something they liked. The pizza and pasta went fast. Setup was simple too. No stress for us at all. I’d definitely order from them again

"Good food, but the service dragged a bit!!!"
Went to Mary’s Pizza Shack last weekend and the pizza was good, same as always!!! Our server was really nice whenever she came over, but we definitely waited a while for drink refills and then again for the check!!! It wasn’t a huge deal or anything, but it did feel like we got forgotten a couple times!!! I’d still go back because the food is solid, just hoping the service is a little more on top of it next time!!!

"Pretty decent food, but the order was off"
The food itself was actually okay, so I guess I’d give them that. But my order wasn’t right, I asked for no olives and still got them, and one of the salads was missing completely. It’s just kind of frustrating when you’re paying delivery fees and still end up having to deal with mistakes like that.

A friend recommended this to me, so I decided to give it a try. It was okay overall, but for the price, I expected a little more. Not a bad option, just not the best value in my opinion.

"Should’ve trusted my first bite"
I ordered from Mary’s Pizza Shack, the cheese threw me off right away. It didn’t melt the way you expect good pizza cheese to melt, and it had this rubbery texture that made me wonder if it had been sitting around or was just low quality.
The pizza looked fine at first, but my gut was right after that first bite. The cheese tasted bland, greasy, and kind of cheap, so I ended up picking most of it off. Definitely not something I’d order again.

"Drinks were fine, but I wish there were more soda choices"
The drinks were okay overall, nothing terrible or anything, but I did feel like the soda options were a little limited. I’m someone who usually likes having a few different choices, even if I end up picking something simple, so it would’ve been nice to see a bigger selection. Not a major issue, just something I noticed.

"Crust could be better"
The pizza was alright overall, but I think a lot of us would agree the crust is what really makes or breaks it. Mine was dry and tough, not that nice crispy kind of crust you hope for. The edges tasted like they’d been sitting around too long, and the middle ended up a bit chewy. The toppings were fine, but for customers who care about the crust, this one was kind of disappointing.
